The X "Unit", which is just the X's armor will be a Koto Direct exclusive. We're still waiting on word for the X set (with naked base EM), but it will most likely be a public release. There has been nothing claiming it to be a Koto Direct exclusive yet, thankfully!

What's extra weird is that this doesn't seem to be a regular release in Japan - HLJ doesn't have it, but the US retailers do.

I already have the original 2017 release of this kit. I'm only buying the Marking Plus Ver. so I can have it posed without the armor.

I would prefer that the X unit be released as a regular item and not make it exclusive. The Liger Zero Empire Ver. X Unit is a Kotobukiya Shop exclusive because the EZ-054 Liger Zero Empire Ver. is a Kotobukiya Shop exclusive color variant. |

DHL shipping on FromJapan is $110.73. That's because I ordered it with the X Unit. I paid $65.15 for the Liger Zero Empire Ver. Marking Plus Ver. and I paid $43.48 for the Liger Zero Empire Ver. X Unit. That's a grand total of $108.63. Add the $110.73 DHL shipping, and you get a grand total of $219.36. That's $0.64 away from $220. I pre-ordered Liger Zero Empire Ver. Marking Plus Ver. on July 16/17, and I pre-ordered the Liger Zero Empire Ver. X Unit on July 19/20. So much money.

The Liger Zero Empire Ver. Marking Plus Ver. does not come with a black colored P runner from the original HMM Liger Zero. Instead, it comes with the O1 11 piece from the Liger Zero Empire Ver. X Unit and the Liger Zero X.
