oh cute, it can palette-swap on the fly, and have parts just teleport in.. that's something even zoids hasn't had the balls to do, haven't seen that since the old iron man aniamted series. and Rockman. also is the scale a bit off? I feel like the xenorex kit isn't that big. aaalso, the impact gatling guns seem to just be firing normal glowy particles, whereas impact cannons in the past anime were seen to fire off shockwaves that moved through the air almost invisibly with like a heat shimmer. I guess impact means something else now, which makes sense because why would that kind of gun ever need spinning barrels for cooling I guess Infinity Blast is just ignoring scale for the sake of making a good game? that's understandable. Vs managed to make it work, but they didn't have blox-sized ones which seems to be where Wild sits.

Impact / Shock cannons have always been fairly ambiguous, and based mainly on what the VFX team feels like doing with them. I do like the "whoosh" effects though, and would honestly prefer those a bit over spinning barrels. Xenorex is intentionally small to simulate growth. It's supposed to get bigger with the use of the Xeno Evolution Arms. Looking back at the first fight it appeared in, it was tiny in comparison. Here's the base form compared to the XA Form with added parts and some customization to make it longer and taller. Compared to other Zoids. The IB scale works fairly well I think. You still get some big doomy stompy Zoids that are closer to anime scale (Depending on the mission) and your average sized Zoids, but it would be a lot more awkward if all of the "main character" Zoids were half the size of the others.

I am enjoying this, as it reminds me of the old series and is geared towards an older audience unlike Zoids Wild.
I particularly like the reverse faction wherein Empire has Liger and Republic gets T-Rex.

As far as scale goes, the only thing that really bothers me is that the Zero Phantoth is absolutely massive in the anime and the model is like the size of a Wild Liger.

Perhaps the next episodes feature new kits and Tomy wants the premier to coincide with the releases, lol
