I want to believe the Liger's legs are multi-jointed since I'm seeing color separation... but I think that's just wishful thinking. Neat designs though, looking forward to seeing official clearer pics. I'm not seeing color separation, and more tellingly I'm not seeing caps midway along the limbs. But we can dream |

That was indeed their intention~ It was mentioned in an interview that Zero took a more serious tone because the kids who had joined the fandom with Zoids Wild would now be in a higher grade. They wanted the series to age with them, so to speak. The plan was always to return to a more militaristic feel.
