Zoids Wild: Battle Card Hunter is a new arcade game that recently hit Japan, complete with a list of physical cards that customers could collect. Furthermore, there's been whispers lately regarding game-related model kit parts reaching the market. Photos have been seen of a white Hunter Wolf armor and a Wild Liger Blade, each packaged in plastic baggies. The Hunter Wolf's tags reveal a Battle Card Hunter logo that implies it may be released in cooperation with the game.
With more cards undoubtedly to be announced, thought this could use a thread too.
Game Overview:
- In Battle Card Hunter you select areas from a map to explore, clearing Zoid Battles on each. You select 3 Zoids to fight 3 enemies, and you must execute a specific pattern and pace of button mashing and lever pulling to attack and defend against your enemies. Once the battle has been cleared players are taken to a Zoid Card Excavation Mode, where they'll be able to select hidden Zoids through the Excavation Radar. Whatever Zoid they uncover, they also receive as a physical card that can be used in later battles by scanning the QR code.
