Can you help identify this please?

Hello!

I picked this up as it was Tomy, but I don't know what it actually is. 








Any help would be appreciated. I have searched for a very long time to try and work out what it is but I can't find it anywhere.

That would be Twin-Horn from the R.A.T.S. series, a recolour of the Twinhorn from Starriors (there was also a red Japanese version).
