Here's the Sniptera. Bit of a mixed bag, this one.

Yeah, this is a case to me of a kit with some decent proportions, good parts, and lame parts. It would be a decent start for a great custom, however.

Honestly, I still change my mind everytime I look at the damn thing. It's ugly. But it's mechnical. But it's ugly.

Stylaser is in. Definitely an improvement over the Triceradogos, at least for my tastes.

Kind of regretting getting the original Triceradogos... this one has far more useful parts for my purposes.

Okay... I have to take most of it back. The Geno Spino does look kinda weird, but it's really just that massive beak - the proportions and the posture otherwise actually work really well when you look at them in real life, and... honestly, I like it better than the Death Rex.

Here's the Sniptera. Bit of a mixed bag, this one. Wanted to chime in again on the Sniptera now that I finally got mine built. Agree with you completely on the upsides-- as a toy, the engineering to make both modes work well is incredible! Definitely one of my favorites to show how well-done a Zoid's movement can be.
Glad the Spino is better in hand than in promo photos/videos!

Nice review on the new Spiner! I was really on the fence about most of the new kits, but this one really intrigues me. Hopefully the whole YouTube insanity will find itself canceled out somehow and people can go on just posting stuff without a lawyer!

Gatling Fox, better late than never. I'm gonna say better than the Hunter Wolf, but still kinda meh.

Thanks for sharing! The clear parts are a nice small change. I agree on the weirdness of the gun's upward angle though. It looks cool since it's a spinning gatling, but just seems strange that it looks designed in a way that it couldn't hit something right in front of its face.
On a side note (and I apologize for going super off topic) I just watched your video on the new youtube rules-- I had no idea any of this stuff is happening. Sounds really frustrating and unclear. It sucks that even a channel as non-controversial as yours has to be worrying about these issues.

I've tried to gather as much info as I could and I still have no idea if my Zoids reviews would be considered "made for children", but it's also clear that the FTC can't sue people outside of the US, so the worst that can happen is that Youtube shuts my channel down. And I don't expect that either because none of my stuff is monetized, so nobody will care. I'll have another video up next week where I talk about what I really think of the whole fiasco, though, and it's going to be pretty cussy.

And don't forget the FTC helping them and claiming they're totally hitting them hard with a fine in the amount of what Google probably makes in a day.

The fox is interesting. At first I thought it was just a color swap, but I can see the head is actually a totally different mold. I like the newer weapons, but apparently they REALLY expect strong enemy support from the sky.

I'm just sayin'.
