Yeah I know, the combination of such a small Zoid and the huge weapons is strange... But the Zoid without those weapons and the weapons to be used on another Zoid is more than okay. And I got them with the Kuwaga, so that was good, just not going to use them on him.

And last but not least, Fang Tiger Saber, which I really like. I allready liked the normal release and this is a welcome addition. Had the most sprue marks next to Hunter Wolf. It all really depends on crapshoot and not unimportant, the color of the parts. Some colors have worse marks because of the color. That and I still think they can't cut neatly at the factory.. But what I really don't get, if you look for pics of this one online, most people did not at all bother to remove the marks. But because all said marks are in really visible places (nose, front of all armor parts etc) and because of the white marks on red parts, you really should, as Fang (or any Zoid for that matter) looks way better with less marks. I tried my best to get most of them out as good as possible. I really do understand their intentions making these easy accessible by not selling them on sprues, but at least they could have tried to go for the least obvious places (inside, back of the parts etc) instead of smack in the middle or worse, the front. Anyway, I tried to fix it as good as I could and the kit does look really nice.

Well that concludes the new pics and or reviews for now (as there are no new things to tell about the kits, as they are the same as the normal releases). I did order and pay for Raptoria and Bazootle, but couldn't be bothered to ship them straight away as they could easily go alongside Sniptera when he comes out. Did not feel like paying for shipping for just Raptoria and Bazootle as Raptoria is kind of meh (as the third Raptor clone) and Bazootle.. Well I do kind of like him, but actualy liked Gannontoise better somehow. So not much in a rush to get them here. There should be some other stuff along the line, but we will get there when we get there.
So for now, thanks for your time and thanks for checking these posts.
PS I do still think that Hunter should have had green eyes, like the anime and box, not yellow...

Wow, you did a LOT of work with this review! Gotta be careful... with that many Gil Raptors, you might end up becoming "Gil Omega!" I was prepared to really dislike many of the ZW kits for many reasons, but they certainly knocked it out of the park with some designs. The tiger really is a favorite, especially seeing it in the OJR Saber colors, just for the tie-in nostalgia.

Thanks for your kind words buddy! Yeah I know they are not like the Zoids we grew up with, but there are indeed some really cool designs in this line. At least we are getting Zoids, maybe along the line they will come back to visiting the older lines. For now we have ZW, the ZW Zero with some more weapons, HMM started up again, HMM ZW and maybe along the line some nostalgic Zoids? They do seem to ease the kids into liking the original Zoids with a lot of hints and such so who knows? (Or they are trying to please the older generation that is not entirely fond of ZW) Either way Zoids as a brand is strong at the moment, and that is always a good thing, right?

I'm hoping at some point the new line will introduce the 1/72 scale change. Someone could make real money manufacturing scale conversion kits for these.
Hmm.....

Man these are so nice to see all together. The dinosaur expo raptors are my favorite, I think the desaturated colors work very well for the ZW aesthetic actually. Thank you for taking and sharing these photos of your awesome collection.

Forgot to take pics of the 2 bags of AZ weapons that came out recently (gunmetal and silver versions).
By the way, lately I've been hearing more stories from people saying that some ZW caps are turning brittle? Some reports of caps only bought last year and allready tearing?? Some say it's because it's colored rubber (or just rubber for that matter). I know that after years stuff can dry out in (or because of) a lot of circumstances. But if that will happen to caps within a year? Well that would suck...
In all those years that Zoids existed I have always wondered if they would switch to hard caps along the way. Yeah I know the esthetics that they should have rubber caps but surely there should be a way to make long lasting hard caps that share the same functionality?
