Yeah, I doubt we'll be getting any of the concept Zoids. Don't get me wrong, I expect that any second they'll have final clarification, but the other Zoids are definitely "the new Zoid." The Rex on the other hand shares literally nothing in common besides being red. I'm still fairly sure it's just the concept version, but it's still an entirely different Zoid in its own right, and not like they couldn't take the cheap option later. Even if it never gets released, it will always be its own unique "death rex." For better or for worse~
I expect we'll see tons of 'sticker products' like that. It's very easy to get new merch in today's world. Especially the simpler stuff.
Spike Fang? Is that the Tiger? If so, its official name is the Fang Tiger~ And it's part of Supreme (which is tenatively allied with freedom, it seems?)
The smaller raptors on the Gilraptor box I believe are also just called "raptors". That may well change once they get their products officially advertised though. I hope the Stego gets nice thagomizers as well. I've always wanted a stego that could properly impale something.
Still looking forward to a larger size image of the blue Zoid, whatever it may be~ It doesn't seem that it appeared in the event, but I imagine we will see it soon? They are releasing teasers quite fast.

Someone posted a picture of the poster from one of the newer CoroCoros, which gives us a look at the models for some of the new zoids! Including a clearer look at the Stego and such.

Ah, excellent. Based on that the death Rex model is now compliant with the anime images of it. I’m fulfilled.

Thanks for the link to that poster Hanyoutai! Looks like some nice new kits, hopefully they'll all mostly be in wave 2! Here's a cropped version of just the poster until a better scan comes along: EDIT: Based off the poster, I’d guess for size and price: Small (¥1200): Death Metal Raptor, (ie Kabtor, Scorpear, Kuwaga) Medium (¥3000): Fang Tiger, DM Kong (ie Wild Liger, Ganontoise, Gabrigator,Gilraptor) Large (¥ ? ? ?)): DM Stegosaur (?), Freedom/Supreme Styracosaurus (?) [They both seem larger and more substantial than the Medium sized Zoids, so my guess is they will be the current unused Large sized] X-Large (¥6900?): Death Rex (ie Grachiosaurus)

Is anybody getting the CoroCoro this came in? I'd love to see a hi-res scan of this, especially if there are names for all the zoids.

But uhm while the Rex is indeed (and luckily) large, and even the Tricera, but the Kong looks really small (especially for a Kong)
But then again, new pictures YES!!

Aside from being small, the Kong looks quite underfed! I can't decide how to feel. I like the idea of it not being huge since it is paired with dinosaurs, but it will be strange after all animated kongs being so big!
I'm getting both issues of Corocoro that came out, so will be able to post a full size scan. I imagine someone or another will post a larger scan by the time it arrives here in the US in a week or so, though.
In other news, Kuwaga and Grachiosaurus are going up for preorder on some sites. I imagine the rest of the normal stores will get them soon, too.

Thanks Han! Yeah exactly that, the only forgiving reason is indeed if sized next to the dinosaurs, so they did that right, but it's weird to see a small Kong (like you said)
Interesting it is indeed as expected Grachio 6800 hobby.dengeki.com/news/585222/
Where (or rather how) could I get Corocoro magazines over here (Amsterdam), (thanks in advance for the upcoming scans) but it is a wicked poster, so I would buy the actual thing (would have to ask my local comic shop, but not sure..)
(EDIT: the local Comic and MANGA store over here..doesn't have it, instead they suggested to go to the American Book Center? Okidoki, Manga shop that doesn't have manga magazines..)

By the way, might those Ankylo type dinosaurs be the ones on the ridge on the box of GilRaptor? (as we still had no clue what they might be)
Ooh and that awesome picture will be available as puzzle (I am a sucker for that picture, even as a puzzle) Attachments:

This threw me when it first came out as well, because it looked like they had beaks. They actually appear to be purple gilraptors. The beaks are likely caused by one of the other parts being extended further into the background since they have some custom pose stuff going on, and maybe have some extra parts lined up for the sake of the photoshoot. They share the same crests, arm, leg armor, tail, and wing/blade back of the standard Gilraptor, though. It's their angle that makes their shapes kind of blend together.

Oh yeah that makes sense But well then bring on the Ankylo then, if they are in the manga (and probably the anime too) Well just hoping really haha. More dinosaurs, more Zoids, always better (yeah I am quite noticeably excited with the line)
