hello all.
im jim.........i had a z-kngiht (hardware) when i was very young. i sold it at a car boot ages ago and always regretted doing so. only recently i repurchased one from ebay and have caught the "z-knight" bug.
my overall plan was/is to make him remote controlled with servos etc..... so i purchased a pair of "hacker" or desertwalker robots for 12 quid on ebay as experiments and have made one remotely controlled.
im here to gain knowledge and also share it. if anyones interested in seeing pics or a more full explanation on how to make your zoids or z-knights R/C please let me know and ill make some posts about it.
thanks jim

Hiya!
Very cool idea making a Z-Knight R/C controlled! I'm curious how that would turn out, to be honest. I've also wondered if someone could use the guts of a Robosapien to act as a framework to a Z-Knight.
Welcome aboard!

thanks for the reply funny your should mention robosapien canibilization i bought one from a local charity shop with a broken leg....so i removed the other and graftted his torso onto a heng long rc bbgun tank. sadly i think hes a bit to big to be hidden with z-knight parts. i had trouble fitting the mini sg90 servos in my hacker z-knight and they are tiny.

Well, it was worth a shot. I like finding Zoid-compatible kits for customs, if I can... but sometimes they cost more than official kits do!

Sorry, no... I only have the one. When it comes to finding kits I either use eBay or Craig's List. Rarely I've seen Zoids on Goodwill, but I've never looked for Z-Knights.
