Thanks for the translations! I wonder if the new daily missions are permanent? This is probably easier than always switching them out. I'm hyped, though. Love with the ability to acquire banks more easily. The increased login rewards too. They're a lot more useful now. I'm so torn about if I wanna get the valentines tickets or not. I'd love to raise the EX level on Trinity, but she's really the only other pilot I think I'd be tempted to use. Even then, the odds of getting her are low, and the change will be unnoticeable...
On he other hand, while I don't know the odds of obtaining the gacha exclusive items, I feel like I just can't pass up the chance to at least try. The DSR and Electric Fanger are still very high on my want list, and who knows if a better opportunity will come.
I noticed the base thing too! Even after realizing what was going on, I had a couple "Who's that behind me!?" moments. It's very useful though, quite enthused. The weapon cancel on the other hand, what a pain in the backside. The need to cancel weapon is not nearly as frequent as the misfires it's causing. I'm sure it'll be fine tuned, but still. I cancel SO many attacks on accident because I'm just naturally fidgety and sometimes get a little too into battle. It has already caused me a lot of deaths, or simply cost me many kill opportunities because when I should've hit the Zoid, instead it cancels.
And Vig, on the zoids_pr twitter, they posted that they'd be releasing the rest of the things announced on FOR #22 with the next update, including "The details on of the new upgrades and balance adjustments, and the new Zoid...!?" If I'm not misreading that, anyway. Funny, even if it's likely coincedence, the next update will be after the big TT reveal...

So many times I'll be trying to run away near dead with a large feline on my tail thus wanting to hit the return home button but can't because my finger is already pressed on a fire weapon button and knowing that the moment I let go my zoid will stop and inevitable death will occur. This will save lives!

Small tangent. I had a dream last night that they added a new field that was almost entirely water, with just one lane docks to get to different bases/etc. All the bases were squished to the left side of the field and on the right, with only one dock leading far away to it, was a weapon bay. One Zoid from each team could grab the box at the end of that dock to get +1 movement speed for the rest of the battle. You could still swim across so most people tried and got shot down by the enemies.
Then it turned into a nightmare where I disconnected and needed a password to get back in, haha. But still.
I've been fighting with trying to reach my goal for the Gojulas (150 a day originally.) That number is slowly going up while I miss battles here and there. Gotta say though, loving the memory bank surge as of late. The new upgrades will of course take the slot of the rare ones, but it's still nice. I've got a lot of Zoids I want to upgrade a 2nd time, including Bladey, Zeek Dober, etc.

Swimming zoids! I'd like to see that. I love zoid FOR dreams, such creative ones are so rare though, typical to end in such a way as that too though. I get horror unsolvable problem dreams too but usually it's work related. You should draw a map of what you saw it sounds interesting. Gojulas event, it feels like I need an entire day to get even 100. it's a cruel thing they put us through in order to get some banks we are all thristy for. I got to 500 today and with gaps of 100 before the next reward and I'm dreading it. Then after 1000 reward gaps become every 200 but two banks are received, whyyy not keep them at 100 I say. Not sure if I'll get to that point though it would be nice. Also alot more of my weapons are getting to ex 99 thanks to the influx of containers. Kinda noticing it in battles too, everyones weapons seem stronger.

I have a hard time recalling the layout. It was something like this. The water was all travelable like the rivers, but ironically, the field with the speed boost didn't leave you much room for error. To get it, you'd have to go down enemy territory either at a dead end or stuck at half speed in the water. Most people ignored it and went for the bases first because they were so clustered, so teams weren't easy to split up or run off from a base. In practice I think it'd have a lot of complications that'd take away from the fun, but it was interesting in a dream universe where everything works out! I'd also love the possibility of loot drops/stat boosts in battle. You couldn't get the one behind your own base, only the one behind the enemies, and it was only one per battle. Yeah, to get 100 battles takes a bit over 2 hours on an active day where you're hitting one after the other. About 1 minute 40 seconds per battle, plus 1-2 minutes in between battles if you're opening containers and what not. It's stacking up fast. I do appreciate the banks, but it feels a bit disheartening that you do more work past 1000 and get the same amount of banks. Would be nice if it was x3 instead of x2, or even just some other prize. Since I have a habit of selling weapons I'm still trying to get up to acceptable EX levels. Most of my R weapons are pretty low, but I'm hoping to change that after this month. I'm going to put my gold into containers until the pickup is over, then just use it to spam containers all day.

Hah that's awesome that layout, definitely different! Would have to watch out for sneaky zoids heading around the back path there to storm the base, but then once at the entrance they get that choice, hmm storm the base or go across the water for the speed boost. Regardless I would be more than happy to try it. lol. Makes me wonder what the next stage will be if they are going to introduce another one. Personally I think a snow level would be awesome, given the time of year for you Northern hemisphereians. And that the white would be a nice contrast to zoids colours, except for white zoids of course but they can just camouflage.

I agree, a snow field would be awesome! Perhaps the snow would go decently high, just showing the top half of your Zoid. High enough that you wouldn't see small Zoids heading to your base, so would have to constantly have Zoids with red weapons making rounds.
Certainly hoping we get more odd effect fields in the future. The wetlands is still one of my favorites. I also hope we get to see the caves/canyons again, that was an interesting field.

Yea funny that we only ever saw the caves once. They should at least use it for Large zoid subjugation events seeing as only a narrow field is required. And players could run through the caves to get behind it.
Also I was happy to see the latest update come through, thankfully the Kwulf and Gunblasters mission wins have gone back to what they were so I don't have to re do them again. Phew

Glad you got the missions back! I saw they mentioned it in the news but was almost scared to ask about it because I wasn't sure if it meant they'd be back to the same spot they were. That must be a relief.
On the recent FOR You updates, let's see... The Memory Units look snazzy. Not sure how I feel about the level cap increase, as it brings us right back to where we were before: A lot of Zoids suddenly rendered useless. However, it's not as high as I had expected it to be, and we now have many more metal making opportunities, so... I just fear how much level 65 will cost!
The new Zoid teased seems to be the Concept Art Gojulas. Mixed feelings this one. If it were a pilotable, small size Gojulas, it'd be awesome. We just don't need another NPC Gojulas, though.
The role changes will be interesting. Do we know what Supporters new role will be? I've thought for a while now that destroyers were kind of the 'universal' Zoids. They could do everything except heal, as well as any other role. Commanders will be much stronger now, which'll give me a reason to upgrade my Shadow Fox. Fighters will also be useful. Destroyers on the other hand will be outright hunters, and if their PVP buff is even stronger than now, all other Zoids will need to beware.
What's this about small Zoids still developing even after a base has fallen, though? Like, all 3 lanes will still produce Zoids? That's really unfortunate if so. I see the need to improve the usefulness of Commanders and Fighters, but it kinda defeats the advantage behind destroying bases, and the urgency of going for them first. Which painful as it was, I was kind of enjoying, to be honest.

Oh yea a heck of a relief, almost got K wuf to thirty. so slow I know, But I hadn't played any matches during the period I thought the progress had been reset, that and now trying to squeeze some k wuf matches in amongst killing Gojulas over and over again is a challenge.
I didn't see the FOR You updates so I'll go of just what you're saying. The level cap increase to me feels like I've just dug myself up to the surface again with most of my zoids and now they want to bury us again. I don't like it, it just creates a massive imbalance after which everyone will crawl their way back up eventually so it wont really make any difference. Guess we have no choice but to roll with it though so. Hearing it's only 65 is a relief though, I was worried it'd be 100 or something. I dare say getting to 65 will mighty expensive. Guess it's about time we get a new pilotable dinosaur zoid but a concept art zoid is something out of the ordinary... Then again we do have a Hanshin tiger colored Saber Tiger. What ever it is I look forward to finding out.
This wouldn't be the first time they've adjusted the roles stats. I remember when Saber Tiger could kill Small zoids with one strike claw, now I can empty out a gatling, fire a 35mm and a Iron fin double bullet to the face of one and it still wont go down sometimes. Destroyers were made so weak against small zoids. Don't think that will change though, but I will be so so very happy if they make Fighters stronger against small zoids, it used to be one of the main perks about using shield liger or Lightning saix, one red missile to one Small zoid would kill it but that doesn't seem to be the case lately. Commanders will be stronger for taking down bases it seems ey. Might just make me upgrade shadow fox too, that'll be interesting. I need more commander medals, don't think I have any , it's been a while since I've piloted one in a battle. Hopefully this means they'll be stronger against small zoids too.. though yea can't say I've tried taking on small zoids in battle recently with a commander zoid. Do they kill small zoids with one hit now days I wonder? As for the supporter , so looks like they are developing something never used before, this will be interesting. Says something like it will improve the ally players range and effect?? Wonder if that's instead of improving health or as an additional perk.
I didn't see that small zoids in the lanes after the bases have fallen news at all. I don't like the sounds of it though, like apart from winning, it's the most useful thing about destroying the base in the first place! that and so the teams small zoids can flow out unobstructed to the enemy base and thus help win the game, it's literally changing the game rules sort of thing, it IS the game, absurd really. Maybe it comes hand in hand with making figters/ commanders more strong against small zoids thus making them more useful on the field as Destroyers are more likely to need to avoid small zoids. Make the field tougher for Destroyers. Wonder if this could all be part of a plan to reduce the number of destroyers on the field?? Seeing as Destroyers most definitely outnumber other type of zoids on the field.

I agree on the unevenness of level 65. If I understand right, basic forms can go to level 50. First ugprades can go to level 55. Second upgrades can go to level 60, and third upgrades can go to level 65. I don't like the immediate race it'll cause, for ultimately the same effect, just as you said. I guess they want to also make upgrading more effective than it is, as currently, upgrade stats really pale in comparison to outright levels, aside from search range and speed.
Fighters will have a stronger advantage against small Zoids, but Commanders will be 'defense.' It says that if a Commander is backing their small Zoids, that they'll be much harder to destroy. I'm not sure how this'll even out with Fighters. I sure hope Zeekdober can still 1HKO small Zoids, because that's kind of its entire thing right now.
For now I'm saving all my upgrade items and metal until we see what the two new Zoids are. Especially so I know I can upgrade my Liger Zero when they're revealed.
Not keen on the small Zoids, either. I know they must want less destroyers because right now it all comes down to the number of destroyers, other roles are fairly inconsequential, aside from maybe Gordos and the mammoths. Making 1-2 Zoids completely outclass everything else in their role isn't a great way to balance roles, though, so I guess this had to happen eventually. If all Commanders are like an Elephander, or if Elephander is further buffed to outclass the effect of Commanders (if they really do get anti-base buff) then it's going to be terrifying...

Ah is that right, I hope whatever the new upgrade is has a method of obtaining better than spending countless hours repeating a subjugation event though.
As if command wolves hiding amongst a row of small zoids weren't hard enough to kill already, lol. I'm happy if command wolves are given a fairer chance but if it's Elephant counter part wants those benefits too yea we definitely have something to worry about. If zeek dober loses it's 1HKO powers I'd be devastated.
Any idea what the go is with the missions?, I was playing yesterday (saturday), won two matches but had no prizes. Just thought oh well that must have ended, played some more matches later on as I wanted to get over 7200LP and somewhere on the journey to that all of a sudden I had prizes galore waiting for me and the daily missions appeared, I had already won several matches but according to this I was only up to my 2nd match. So played another 3 just to make sure I got all the missions. Thinking it might be a delayed response to stop players entering matches then sitting there in order just to obtain the prizes??

Not sure about that, I was under the impression it resets at like 2am Japan time, As getting home from a late night sometimes I would play until 4am Australia time then it would reset, and ask me to re-log in.. could even 5am my time/ Japan time 3am, one of the two. Seems to be doing it again today. The match I just played got me no reward and the mission menu is empty, unless the ones late last night were this morning's... Probably just confusing myself. hah
