This mock up is really getting interesting! The proportions are looking great so far, and I love how closely you are sticking to the original artwork. For me, this is the most exciting part of a build. Matching up parts, the mechanics, movement, poses etc... I hope you add a ton of articulation to this baddy, and a few melee weapons ta boot! Nice work, keep at it!

Nice work, keep at it! hey thanks so much for the compliments. i may disappoint on the articulation department lol. getting it to its pose now is already a challenge for me haha. Adding the articulations is like a few more levels up of expertise. I managed to fab up some hands while playing ard with the leftover saix parts. i know its too large for him haha but i do want big hands for the werewolf. If i can shrink down the hands i think it will be perfect. Im not particularly concerned about the number of claws. This can always be part of a design of a signature clawing weapon that relies on the massive claw for a brutal damage hence, having fewer claws would increase the effectiveness of the motion. He does look very werewolf-like with those overstretched arms. They are meant to be long anyway usually extending to the kneecaps.

Wereliger ftw. Good Stuff.
I've got a Form 2 3D printer on the way and one of the many uses I plan on getting out of it is adapters specifically for kit bashing. That way you can keep as much articulation as possible or even create some articulation that wasn't there before.

Hmmmm I'm not sure.. (I'm so invested in this custom now!) The saix thighs look too big in the top picture, but just fine in the bottom picture. Well I'm sure you can work it out Oh and don't pay too much attention to fanart. long-femur short-shin long-foot is the #1 rookie furry artist mistake. Makes it impossible for them to sit down or do much of anything. What you have going right now is a relatively long thigh and shin but a somewhat shorter foot.. Which works fine since it's meant to be semi-humanoid. This should work out juuust fine.

Oh now that is looking so cool,I've Always loved werewolves.(the ones whom actually look like wolves not humans with fangs and extra hair). Do the glow in the dark armour parts from Rayse tiger still have their glowiness? I think that'd look so neat where the glow parts are placed like futuristic armour.
So happy to see you used The Brastle mane as the werewolf mane too

Taking things slowly. i got my other six today. Will butcher it lol. I should have 4 limbs out soon. I actually didn't try out the glow in dark parts yet. probably test it out soon . yeah the bristle mane was the first thing i saw that was a must have if i wanted to do a convincing werewolf head. that really flowed out nicely

Starting to make little changes to improve the figure. I shofted the head downwards, resulting in a longer looking neck and a more hunched look. It's so much more menancing looking now! Oh and yes I removed the huge ass claws. This im definately gonna use for one of its signature weapons. The energy wingblades from the energy liger. Just putting it up for a visual. Looks badass lol. Heres a after/before comparision.

That looks really great! Just your selection of parts gives some idea of the size, too, but when it's done you need to shoot it with some standard Zoids to demonstrate the scale. The use of parts is really tight; form and function really comes across. I rather like the huge claws, but they are a tad on the large side. I would certainly keep them for a different custom, though! The new, hunched profile is definitely superior to the old look, which was already impressive.
I wish I could dedicate more than a few hours a week to building customs these days!

This is one astounding mother of pearl. I think it rivals the oversized boss zoids in the anime for how scary it is. I kinda feel like it could have used a longer torso and bigger head to go with those MASSIVE limbs, but as long as you look at it as a monstrous berserker then it really doesn't matter if the proportions are a little outlandish

I agree! This thing is turning into a major asskicker... I'm finding myself to be a little envious as well! Partially, as Maethius said with a lack of time, but also at a loss zoids darthing mojo. I gotta say though, this is inspiring! I liked the big claws, although the blades are killer, they may be better as a swing-out deployable weapon... I also picture him with some nasty melee weapons like an axe or swinging a mace.

Good to know that you all find my work interesting and this spurs me on to do more and do better. Im also really psyched and excited since this is the first time I'm trying this out. have been really rewarding this far. hopefully i can make it an even more epic one when it comes to weapons development. haha. I have plans to make his primary weapons as a "blade based weapon." but I'm thinking of mixing in small cannons at strategic locations to enhance the effect of the attack. for example. I'm thinking of a throat cannon inside the mouth that fires in conjunction with a bite, making the effects of the attack so much more shocking and devastating to the receiver. however i also wanna keep this build realistic within the zoids context and i don't know how relevant this kind of "sneaky" attack is lol.
