Nice haul Gojulas Omega! Earlier this year I also went to HK, then Japan. I found the same thing, very few Zoids outside of Akihabara. This was before Zoids Wild released though. Also similar to you... got this guy!

Nice haul Gojulas Omega! Earlier this year I also went to HK, then Japan. I found the same thing, very few Zoids outside of Akihabara. This was before Zoids Wild released though. Also similar to you... got this guy! I was doing some manic Zoids research and got very excited about the idea of zodiac or birthday Zoids-- what model kits were released the same month and day you were born. Of course this is only relevant to a certain age of people, but I got very jealous that my sister's October '88 birthday coincided with OJR Madthunder, until finding that I shared my March 1990 date with Orudios. Maybe years from now another Zoid fan will discover they share a birthday with Grachiosaurus or Hunter Wolf... Very nice find, one of those i could not get yet! And very interesting idea to look for a zoid that is released on the birthday never thought about that. And you and your sister have so fantastic zoids released on your birthday! Anyway it is like you said i am to old to find a zoid, maybe i have to look for some older release maybe starriors ?😂 Cougan

I'm kind of luck, since when the time I go to Tokyo, it is a bloom of Zoids Wild series. There has lots of store carry Zoids Wild stuffs.
Only sad thing is original Zoids and HMM series are more hard to find than I through.

This one arrived : For the story, I got it for a really decent price, by chance. And for History : this was my first Zoid of all time, that my mother bought me when I was a child (the OER french version, that I still don't have MIB). This is when all began. Lionel

Lionel Wow this must be an important moment for you, congrats on this find! I still like the box art of the old OER and it reminds me on my first Zoid Trooperzoid that i sadly could not get in Box yet. So thanks for sharing the pic! Cougan

blessed orudios be very careful with the tail. that piece is super fragile. fortunately it tends to break in a way that makes it easy to just slide back in where it goes.

Orudios is a fragile Zoids, think about all those small pins on each leg's armors, similar pin on it's neck, 2 long pin that hole the wings and etc.... Tail is one of the small problem I'm not worry that much for this Zoids. (usually, parts get missing are more bigger problem for Orudios)

Thanks for the Orudios warnings guys, I'll keep that in mind. Hoping that I'll get a chance around Christmas to put him together.
Ernestotaku, mind if I ask where you got the special stickers and caps set from? As for the two ZW kits, I ordered them as well but will have to wait for another December release to ship it all from HLJ.

An Holy Graal found ! One of the very last of the OER missing to my MIB museum. And yes, it is an OER. For those who don't know, the OER Blue Mammoth was an european version of the OJR, but with an english booklet, done for the european market in 1985. There is even a special french version of this Zoid. Lionel
