  Got this chrome Salamander along with some other chrome zoids and the Aegir i posted here in the Break Room. I thing this was a Radox from Robo Strux as the motor and the canopy look like that. Thanks Cougan |

What is this version...? Lionel I am not sure about this. As i bought it with others from mechadioz they will made it i guess. And the seller named this one „kraken kim‘s“?! |

Huge, huge, HUGE thanks to Falcarius for pointing this gorgeous thing out to me. The Zoid is someone's custom chromed König Wolf, not the official. It was actually meant to be a full MK-II setup, but the additional parts aren't yet assembled. I'll probably post again in a couple weeks, when I pick up some silver paint for the non-chromed bits of the sniper rifle. The chrome is just beautiful. It's completely flat, and you can faintly see the silver on every edge, which I love. Unfortunately in photos it just comes off as a black blob, and often reflected off the silver under the paint, causing horrible flashes in the photos. None of the orange shows through, that's just the lighting. Needless to say, I'm in love, and I'm really happy to add this guy to my K Wuf family.  Thanks to Hanyoutai i found the silver brother to his beautiful black wuuf! Saw it before but was unsure about trying to get it so the good reference from the black one was the point! As he wrote the quality this MKII Koenig Wolf is made with the chrome is very good.   |

That's awesome! I saw this guy on YJ and was sorely tempted to go for it, but had other buying plans. I also wondered, hrmm, maybe we will see other colors of chrome wolves from this crafter? I look forward to seeing! I'm very glad that the silver wolf went to someone who could share photos! It's beautiful~

A new little thing : Lionel Okay, THIS one I am really jealous about!! I SO need to find this set. I love the small sets of figures with Attack Zoids and such. I have purchased many of the Zoids Graphics for that very reason. |

I love that figure set. I wish Tomy had really embraced the Zoids universe a bit more and created more of these kits... although I also wish they had made the scale more consistent even within the same box! I always felt that adding more elements of the world AROUND the Zoids would have magnified their appeal for dioramas and given a better sense of scale to play. I bought tons of 1:72 scale modern soldier kits and modded their weapons and things to make them work alongside my Zoids.
Hm. I think I have those in a box somewhere!
Still, getting your hands on a real Zoids figure set is awesome!
