I have a soft spot for that era. Some of them are a little goofy and none of them look like their animals, but they mostly have really nice shapes.. I'd like to see reimagined versions of these, akin to what dosgodos did for godos

I love those strange items ! I already had the K7, the booklet and the MP3, but seeing that MOC, I couldn't resist. Lionel

Fascinating! Just listened to the youtube version, really excellent production value I have to say. I feel I would have a much different idea of Zoids if that had been my introduction to the series, instead of the USA dub of the 2001 anime.

Happy new year all! Got this in the mail recently:
I blame Darth Escargot's video for encouraging this Actually I had been searching for this for years (decades?). Figured with renewed Zoids interest they probably won't be getting any cheaper or easier to find, so decided to bite the bullet sooner rather than later. Did have to cancel several HMM preorders to justify it, but I'm glad to finally add this classic to the collection.

A beautiful machine, enjoy building it! The little command center, the cleverly reused weapons, it's all neat

A Mad Thunder!
It is one of the greatest Zoids ever and lot of fun during build or after you finish and let it walk.
Just watch out a few place maybe easy to break if you're not carefully to handle it. (Make sure you hold the BODY when you move it, not any legs, tail or any weapons)

Madthunder is a really huge and impressive Zoids, you will love it. I agree with Gojulas Omega, move it by holding him under the belly. For me, a store poster, from the 1987 OER line : Lionel

Hahaha. You're welcome! Seriously though, congrats on getting The Best Ever, and I hope you have a blast building him! You're right too, prices aren't going down anytime soon, if ever, so if you were able to get one MIB, now's as good a time as any.
