Okay, let's see...
#2. The Wiki lists Strike Claw x4 for Command Wolf, but the box doesn't. I'm assuming this was just added in because, well, it does have claws, but is there any official weapon list that includes / names them? The anime profile also doesn't list them.
#3. Does Command Wolf EM have any battle story content? Just asking since the kit itself doesn't have its own battle story info, if I recall? After it was mentioned that EM is a game coined term I realize I can't remember if I've seen story info for it anywhere.
#1: Yes, pretty sure it's Piers Spec.
#2: As you've probably found by now, Strike Claws aren't listed on the OJR or NJR boxes or in the Official Fan Books, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's story text somewhere that mentions them. The Japanese Wikipedia only lists them for the HMM version.
#3: Yep, that's pretty much it for the red Command Wolf's Battle Story. Technically it was multiple forces (mainly Stealth Viper/Guysack ambush forces and Shield Liger/Command Wolf high-speed forces) buying time for the Republic's full-scale retreat in late 2099. The Command Wolf was the most widely-used unit and thus the most often captured (the total amount of captured units is "said to be 50 or even 100"). Some were dismantled, some were used as target practice to find weak points, and some were repainted and used as Guylos Zoids.
As for the Empire Command Wolf LC, its manual has both generic descriptions about how "the Zenebas Empire captured abandoned/surrendering/traitorous/etc Wolves and repainted them" and a specific story about Captain Wal Gurley's force seeking revenge on the Republic after they let his country Berna fall to the Empire.
連装 is a horrible thing because there's no "standard" translation that I know of. It refers to multiple weapons/pieces of equipment (装) of the same type that are linked together (連). Generally I use "Barrelled" for guns and "Shot" for missiles, but I've also seen "Twin" and "Dual" for "2連装". "連装" also likes to pop up without a number attached, and then I have to go and track down how many there are >_>
Also wondering if anyone has any Zoids to add to the following units? Not all are taken literally, it's for a personal project. If a pilot belongs to the unit and pilots a specific Zoid, I'll probably count it, even if they weren't in the unit at the time.

Looks mostly right, just a few changes:
"Machinery" should be "Machinery Four" (or the "4th Mechanised Platoon" if you use the kanji) and Team Dream Dragon's Fealina pilots a Malder, not a Molga.
Blitz Orbit members have also piloted Dimetrodon, Storch and Death Stinger KFD in their Battle Story appearances.
Elephander is a bit dubious for Eisen Dragoon (not all ex-Zenebas soldiers were Eisen Dragoon members) but I wouldn't be surprised if the Dragoon did use them.
You may also want to add Wardick to the Eisen Dragoon list, since a mini one came with the Dragoon Nest model.
With the Leomasters, Mirage andInfinity Leo Shield Liger BLOX are odd cases - they have Leomaster logos on their sticker sheets, but no other indication that their pilots are Leomasters.
Ray Gregg also piloted Zero X, Zero Phoenix and Zero Falcon in the last Official Fan Book EX volume - same for Wolff Muroa and his Energy Liger.
As for Infinity Leo, I'm pretty sure that's just the Zoids Wiki making stuff up again. ...Oh wait, I remember this...
I can't find it on the web that's why I'm hoping Falcarius, Tilly and the rest of you guys can show me some links good to Read.
I also would like to see some screenshots on "HOW TO MOUNT THE PK-Gun onto DEATHSAURER"? There were some discussion about it in ZOIDSTALK sadly, that reference site is no longer available. This is the only one I got so far about that DS with the PK-GUN.
Actually, I translated all the Flash files back when they came out. Unfortunately I had very little knowledge of Japanese at the time, so I was mostly relying on Google Translate and online dictionaries. I can still post them if you want, just be aware that they won't be 100% accurate.
As for the extra weapons on the Deathy, those are from the OJR Custmize Sets, which are ...rather expensive now I'm not sure if Iron Kong PK comes with enough parts to mount the gun on a Deathy - if it doesn't, kitbashing or the Custmize Sets may be your only option.
#1. For confirmation sake, I'm assuming the Energy Liger PS in Infinity is just 'Pierce Spec.' to differentiate it from the Red Energy Liger (which is treated as the default?)

I was glancing at the Fan Book page for the Command Wolf EM. Is this information generally correct, or did auto translate eat some of it? What I glimpsed was that:
A team of Command Wolves took a suicidal stand in a defensive battle against the Empire, so that other units could escape. Many of the troops were wiped out but the surviving wolves were captured by the Imperial Army. (There's a number here? Maybe implying that it was 50 of the original 100 units captured?)
Some of those captured wolves were dismantled to examine the internal circuitry. They also took into consideration the weakness of the armor. The remaining wolves were repainted red and put into the Imperial Special Forces.

I was wondering if anyone could clarify something for me? Most of the English translations for Panzer list 連装 as Shot but auto translate says Twin. I am just wondering which is correct?

Can anyone point me to a good English Translation of Articles and Battle Stories from "REBIRTH CENTURY" ?
I can't find it on the web that's why I'm hoping Falcarius, Tilly and the rest of you guys can show me some links good to Read.

Unfortunately I don't think any English translators have taken on the full Rebirth Century.
