I got no idea honestly, Boot Camp has apparently changed a LOT since I went through (2005), a lot can happen in a few years, and some changes were already planned before I went through. Just take it easy as best you can and remember, "Attention to detail."
Good luck in there.

Yep; I'm on the civie side of the Navy, so I can only pass on some advice from my dad (the family's real Navy vet):
1) Keep your head
2) Keep it clean (in all the ways you can imagine it)
3) Keep your eyes on what is the most important (doing what's right)
Oh, and one he gave me about visiting Singapore...
4) Remember, it isn't as great as you think it will be... so don't do anything your future family will regret!
Good luck, keep your chin up, and stick to your guns (figuratively or literally). Enjoy the tough that will make you into the person you are destined to become!

A bit too late for me to add anything, which is fine since I never went to boot camp anyway, but best of luck to Matt just the same. Stay strong and come back stronger.
