Woah ! We need a new word combining Zoic / Android / Illegal growth hormone. Amazing level of detail for a machine twice the size of Deathsaurer ! I'd love bigger pics and some WIP shots.
I think you should add a couple of lines of backstory, even if it just detailing which faction / timeline. Nice to see an Organoid too.

BEAUTIFUL GIANT SPIDER!!! You know what I think, though? Can you pose it so its body is closer to the ground, with the legs' "knees" rising up higher than the body? That'd be a creepier look, and anyway it's so big it doesn't need to be tall. It looks like the legs are on ball joints so I bet you could.. plus that way other zoids couldn't get underneath and attack it  |

Oh, yours kicks my entry's butt! Well.... if it HAD a butt.... Mine is like two hours from being finished for filming. It's just been impossible to get even a minute on it this week. My free nights have been taken up by my 4-year-old daughter suddenly having night terrors... now there's no nights for my hobby, and no sleep in my house, either.  Still, I'm hoping to have it all done since this is a three day weekend and my wife insists that I finish. (I LOVE her!!!) Redemption, though, deserves to win. No smoke or empty flattery... it's that good. |

Rayse, your zoid is as inspiring as it is massive. Morso than any other entry so far, Redemption has given me a new objective for the ZP custom contest. Imitation may the most sincere form of flattery, but tather than simply match your level of dedication, I'll do my best to submit a custom that will kick that spider's ass. Wish me luck, lol

Thanks guys for the comments, I'm really proud about this build. Maethius, HMM Iron Kong arms came to my mind but the cost of it just pushed that thought out of my head. However, if I had the cash to do it, i would love to make use of HMM Kong arms and combine it with something else to make another gigantic bug. @chuckles, glad to know my custom is inspiring to you, this makes me even happier. I wish that time wasn't a problem let alone getting parts cause that way I would keep making wonderful customs. Not that I'm going to stop but I want to continue evolving in my skills and this means more effort and creativity thus more parts and time. I wish you luck on the contest and may the best Darther win. |
