<.> Damn, I found and designed a cooler version of the gravity cannon as well as other Misc parts for it then I'd just need to cut and finish, put them on and then paint O.O

Lettin you know Maethius you're idea worked out marvelously. I went to the dollar store and found a kids telescope set. The reason why its so marvelous is because I got 2 of them and made the perfect casing for a large gun that I'll mount to the Ultrasaurus. I'm working on it right now actually and granted with all the little pirate silver / skull symbols it looks stupid, but give me a few days on it and I'll give you some Work In Progress stuff that you'd think will look cooler. Also considering for a "generator" that I'm going to use different bottle caps as you suggested, I have quite a few as well as some medicine bottles I can try out for the base. I'll keep you apprised with some pictures !!

Usually I use a rotary tool if a piece is really heavy (let's face it, my customizing changed DRASTICALLY once I got a Dremmil!) Otherwise, you will need a vice, a steel rule or square, and a sheetrock or large snap-blade knife. Just keep scoring until you can break the plastic, then file that puppy smooth.

I've built the basic shapes, I'm making them smoothe, now how would I mount it to the Ultrasaurus? D:

That depends on if you want to modify the Ultra or do something different. One simple answer, depending on your design, is to replace the shoulder cannons on one or both sides. This leaves a long, empty peg that you should be able to build an adapter for pretty easily. It would help if we had a pic of the weapon, maybe next to your Ultra, to give an idea of size. If it's for a contest, I think it's okay to work with under construction shots.

I know the peg you're talking about, the silver one that went and supported all 4 shoulder cannons but the problem is I don't know what happened to that... That was my initial thought.... I'm thinking about maybe building an extension piece of plastic for the silver "box" between each leg... I'll take some pic's soon I know the lighting sucks, sorry, but you'll see the hole where the peg went that held the 4 cannons on his shoulders, then below that a few "fans" or the oblong rectangular spot thats sticking out of the side... I could use any of those I am thinking about cutting into it and putting in like a metal peg? ideas?

My initial thought is some kind of pen, again. But most are thicker than the hole. The support was much larger than any other support on other Zoids, too... though call. Do you have access to a hobby store with styrene or even aluminum tubes? If so you can buy a tube to size and fit it pretty well.

I'm not sure how far this topic goes but if you're talking about making scratch-built cannons, there are lots of everyday things you can use to make cannons. Markers, pens, eyeliner makeup, mechanical pencils (bad spelling) and sometimes before throwing away items, I open them up and look for bits and peices that can work as armor parts or weapon add ons. Now and days, I'm trying to avoid spending money on zoid weapons unless I can get them cheap, that is when it comes to customizing. Again, I'm not sure how much the topic changed buy my two cents, I'm only saying try to look around at household items or anything that comes in plastic and you'll start to see how you can use a part from here and there to create weapons if that's the case.

I found something that "may" work, but It will "wobble" around attached to this, I'm trying to find some way of securing it, will keep in touch.

If it's just a little loose, see if you can make a gasket using electrical tape. If you won't be moving that part a lot, this could do the trick. You could also glue it solid, but I don't know if you want to retain elevation, etc.

As it turns out, the 4 cannons that "fit" on his shoulders, if you remove the barrel caps at the end of them they fit perfectly into the hole on the side, so I'll use them for mounting, I've got the cannon "mostly" built, I haven't built any of the framing around it. Hope you guys will like it, will have some pictures posted tomorrow

Letting you guys know the gravity cannon has been developing really well, the "charging" station on his right side had weighed more than anticipated... I'm trying to develop a counter balance system, thinking about using his little runway antenna to balance the gun and the charging station because they are both going to weigh on the barrel port that they plug in to. I haven't spray painted anything yet, give ma bit more time for me to work with
