Now, I been planning this zoid out for quite a while, and I finally got the final peices in for it from Hong Kong, so I began to work on it. Its going to be a high speed fox type zoid with large bladed weapon. This is going to be the first images, I plan to update this thread while I continue the build. the Head Head FrontHead Right 2The weapon System: Gatling Gun/Buster Blade - Idea behind this is the Fox zoid will be a close range combat specialty. Its blade is meant to slice zoids in two. The gatling gun is a smallbore-fast firing energy weapon, meant to mostly confuse the enemy with its fire, as its got very unstable firing base, and very low accuracy. Wow... building a new fox out of a Witz and a Gul? You should enter it in the ZP contest when you're done!

Maybe. I am currently taking suggestions for a Color scheme. I haven't decided on anything, and its getting to me. I got the body designed work out, and done, just need to finish gluing joints in place.
The legs will not be jointed, except at the shoulders, I kinda ran out of Connectors, and I don't feel like jointing it as I been having nothing but problems with the current ones. Every build attempt either removes the ball or the connector. Took so much glue, I am out for now, planning to get some tomorrow, hopefully I can get some in the morning, while I sleep and let it harden so I can do a build, and take a pic or two of it completed without paint
also..Still need a name >,<
Gladly taking suggestions for a Color-scheme and Name
ONly names I came up with: Knight Fox or Buster Fox

Also, Just came up with the color scheme, Purple, with Gold trim with the interior being a dark-gray or black.

Why 'godos'? sometimes a weird syllable just sounds great in a zoid name (actually it's a weird unrelated creature name a friend of mine came up with, but... had to suggest it!) if it's going to be purple and gold, call it Renargent or Regendard or something because regent + renard..

Oooh I like Renargent. Also, do you mean Renard from Gunnerkrigg Court? Or from folklore? Or somewhere else? Also: Broken down to Paint! Whoohoo You can even see the little chrome pilot waiting for thier zoid to be finished. So, hopefully we will see it in color.

renard just means fox ^_^' though I hear that's because of an old folktale that basically eclipsed the existing word for fox, which was somewhat taboo to say..

Heh, I think I'll go with Renargent ^.^ Thankies!
Got all my paints in, just need to get some masking tape now to tape off sections, and some boards newspapers sot prevent spray going everywhere

Renargent is cool - especially if you paint it silver!

The under body (the legs and torso section) Are all silver, along with the Buster-blade. So ya, I think Renargent is going to be the name. ^.^ Thanks Snowflake, it was a great suggestion.
The zoid is now finished painting, and I think i am Going to take Maethius Suggestion and enter in the ZP contest.
>,< All the Ball joints are tight now, which is nice. The jaw is also nice and tight which is great.
