Museum Snipe Master

[Moshii]

As many of you likely know, the Sciece Museum in Tokyo, in March '05, released a small series of zoids, all in white(Genosaurer, Red Horn, Raynos, Snipe Master).
I was lucky enough to grab one of these babies on eBay for $20, which is especialy good, considering it was very sought after, and not that common.

The build was very easy, considering the amount of articulation of this thing.Speaking of which, the jaw, head, hand claws, toe claws,bipod stand, rifle barrel, and snipe pod could all be manually positioned.

*Easy build
*plenty of articulation
* good color(but bad pic quality )
*Plenty of hard points for new weapons

*NO STICKERS!!!
*not that common
*head cockpit won't stay closed with out force
*Hand claws are alittle stiff

*What's the point of the bipod if it wont reach the ground!?

Overall, not a bad little zoid. Could use some stickers, and maybe more weapons.

whoa, Macro is your friend, Private Moshii. Otherwise, nicely done and an excellent choice. I love Snipe Master, and I've got one of these and a BU still boxed. About the Bipod: I believe that it's either capable of firing tethers to stabilize it, or that the real Snipe Master is capable of squatting down low enough to use it.

Actually, its fairly common on Ebay.

Its a very plainly coloured Zoid but I like it. Just give it some CPs and it'll look just fine. I fixed the CP-24 Flexible Boosters on mine and it fits the colour scheme. Well, except for the white caps that is.

cool zoid, i was going to get the four of these zoids but i decided to pick up different zoids off of ebay. nice zoid though.

None of the Expo zoids include stickers. Jedi Bill must have gotten ahold of a massive amount of these guys, becuase I got mine from him as well.

Doesn't it come with enough spare caps that you can put those on the CP? Regular snipey does.. I think.
I think this was an odd choice for museumness, since the colors aren't that different from the standard one, but umm.. Good review! The bipod confuses me too, but I think it sometimes hides down behind small cliffs and then sticks its tail up and over the.. little.. cliff.. ledge.. or hill.. and puts the bipod down there

Snipe Master was my very first Zoid... Now, he is a custom kept in a box...


Anyways, nice review... How bad is the plastic?

It only comes with enough caps to finish the zoid...
The plastic isn't too bad, I had alittle white-ness on the bipod, only because it wasn't that flexible...and I didn't have an Xacto knife around...

Yup, this critter came with only 1 set of caps in a very dark maroon-like colour, unlike the standard NJR Snipe Master that came with 2 sets of caps in different colours, one red and the other blue. If it requires stickers, just grab some off the regular NJR sticker sheet. I think that sheet will have some spare stickers if you use them sparingly.

I have always been interrested in the museum line of zoids. I really have had my eye on the genosaurere museum edition.
