Liger Zero Fuzor Edition review!!

This is the Fuzor edition of the Liger Zero the main part of this guy is that he can combine with the 2 birds this will also be covered as well.

Liger Zero







Same as the standard Liger Zero released in the NJR line (except missing the black accents around the ears thx Konig). Instead of the standard pilot it comes with a rubber RD pilot which is nice since it doesn't bounce around. Also for some reason the warning/caution stickers are all printed in white so when you put it on your Liger it doesn't stand out....

Though he seems small on the box I can assure you he's pretty big. This time around instead of the Hasbro salmony pink and NJR's blue this one is molded in a metallicy dark red with yellow wing tips which looks really cool on him. The one big drag is that he doesn't have much posability the things that can move are basically the wing tips, feet, and head. When combined with the Liger Zero it gives the Liger a sense of speed, the main cannon on the top of the wings look cool but look very out of place on the Liger. A very nice combination.

The combined version of the Liger Zero Falcon looks cool and all but the armor is so bulky it seems the Ligers gonna have a hard time moving, and the shear weight of the Falcon on its back adds to that problem though the design looks really cool I still prefer the Phoenix more.

Overall these sets are great if your a big fan of the Fuzor line of toys he wont disappont. Both of the birds were either released alone or bundled with a Liger Zero, Though hard to find in some areas if you can snag this guy hold on and dont let go cause this guys gonna give you a satisfing building to the very end. 10/10

Nope.. Look over by the "ears".. The NJR has black around them, while this has white, making it look strange.

It *should* have a Mach Storm thingy, but yes...Zero looks funky without its markings. Still, it's a good way to tell the three kid-with-Zero guys' Zoids apart. Bit's has markings, RD's doesn't, and Allstar's is silvery :p.




They only animated the Mach Storm logos what, three times in that ep? And then they just vanish, iirc...

well when RD goes alla atacky on alpha's chimeras the news service does mention hte liger zero is hten unmarked. SO i dunno, perhaps he painted it over?

I find Jet Falcon's feet don't quite fit all the way on Liger's. When I try pushing them all the way on, they pop off. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hrm, no popping off here, but one of the Zeros I just tried them on they're a bit tight and the Zero toes want to poke out. Mine are all Hasbro but one, didn't seem to make a difference...

The reason I didn't put on the Machstorm sticker is because its in white... so it doesn't even show properly on the Liger Zero's head also the space that you see the sticker on right now in the picture, on actual model its small as hell... And I love Bit's stickers better especially the "0" with the Zero written through it.

This is easily the besty of the three Fire Phoinex versions. Certainly, if you have to get one, this is the one I'd go with by a country mile. The liger Zero is in and of itself a rather good kit if a) You don't mind pointed cats and b) Overlook the 10⁵³ times its been issued.

The stickers are a tool, yes. I ended up raiding left over stickers from my other four Liger Zeroes (One base mode, one with each CAS) to get black ones. I suspect that they just pulled the sticker sheets from the NJR LZ and didnt change them much beyond swapping the logos out. I ended up puttign the white Mach Storm logos on the FP and the yeller ones on the LZ, so that worked ba bit betteer IMHO.

But as individual LZs go, this one is pretty hot. Nice review.

Doesn't it look like your KMF Berserk Fuhrer is waving to the camera in that one pic? Your Liger likes to watch TBS huh? Mine prefer VH1..that celebreality stuff gets them..

But yeah. I like the Fuzors Zero. I never bought the Jet Falcon by himself tho. I instead bought the Liger Zero Falcon Set. Same thing really.

I knew there was something different about the fuzors ligerzero. that part on the liger's head is white but on the original one has the black stripe on the top of his head.

Hey does anyone else have this problem, when you put the liger zero on the carpet it moves backwards..... anyone else seen this? (note it moves forward on hard surfaces)

I think that's the moon walking Ligers... Ask the mods about this, Im sure they know a thing about this...
