Zoids Gashapon Set #5 Contains 8 figurines: Panzer, Schneider, Elephanter, Heldigunner, Konig Wolf, King Liger, Lidier, and Red Horn.      In this set, Konig Wolf came with some extra pieces. It came with two long-range guns (one folded back and the other extended). Also, it came with two head pieces- visor down or up.   Also, the Konig Wolf came with an extra weapon- machine gun. It doesn't connect to the wolf, so I put it on the Red Horn to show you.  I also took a picture with the trio of ligers next to a quarter to show you how small these guys are (for those who have never seen one at stores). Note Jager came from Set #4.  In conclusion, this set is by far the best (because of all the ligers it includes!). These figurines are very detailed and I got lucky to find them. Highly recommended for serious collectors. Final Battle Scene time! Yeah!  |

Hey, I think Heldy looks bitey, and I love mine. But that gashapon one's cute, just like the Gilvy and all the other bitey-Zoids-as-minis.

now that i think about it, it would be pretty fuuny helic troops move into the devils maze and are confronted by stormer in a mini gilvader, he is promptly defeated and guylos dies. ;D BTW heldi is a pretty small zoid anyways , so as a gashapon shouldn't he be tiny? or is it out of scale so hes as big as the others? |

Yeah, the gashapons have weird scale. The whiteheads are smaller and the giant pretty big, but otherwise...
He'd have better luck with a mini Gunbluster.
"Aiee! it's so cute!", and Shuu is promptly hit from behind with a large stick.

If I could be assured of getting all or most of these sets fairly easily, I'd go on a mad storm of buying all 3 carrier zoids and then all the minis and.. ... having a ball on another scale

Some sets are still easy enough to find (especially 6-8), others are a royal pain. The Whale King is pretty scarce these days, but you can find Japanese and American Hover Cargos okay. The Japanese one's got more Zoids...mini Team Blitz, in fact. Though if you want post ep 20 you'll need the Fox from...set 8, I think it is.

Great findings, Silverliger. Just out of curiosity, just how many Gashapon sets are there right now? Well lets see, theres sets #1-#11. Hasbro Hover Cargo, Tomy Hover Cargo (I also own that one), Whale King playset, and Dragoon Nest. Theres also the Fuzor Gashapons and the Genesis line gashapons. |

There's other weirdness...the Best Collection of gashapon (good luck finding that now!) that was mostly reruns, but also had Blitz Tiger, iirc. Metal critters, card game critters...it goes on. I just have a mini obsession in general, and am happy to adopt unwanted ones even if I already have whatever it is.
