Well this brings back memories of a christmas long ago when my Dad and I where building my Evil Peg..
..Now he sits on my nightstand keeping guard.
Actully his caps are so loose that the legs fall off when he is turned on.. the little plastic things that hold the wings on also snapped so I had to use a lolipop stick to replace them. Otherwise mine is fine..
Very nice review, Rick. Glad to see another member of the Pegasus club.
(I want a time machine to go back in time to those $10 leftover Evil pegasus's..)

I've seen that sticker before, on one of the other Techno Zoids. What I can't say for certain is if it was Storm Tiger or Iron Kong. I'm pretty sure it was Storm Tiger though. If someone has the stickers from either of those, maybe we can find out.
EDIT! Check that, wrong... now that I just saw something else... that sticker was on Battlesaurus. I distinctly remember using it now.

Great review Rick.. I'm glad EP didn't disapoint but am sad that I sold it! It was very hard to let that one go. I could tell just from the box that it would be a different Zoid experience and that is one of the things I want most when building a new Zoid.

Question: Is the gold color plated on or is it painted on? I'm assuming it's plated given the gloss in the photo.

My various chromey critters are okay...hard to trim, maybe, but no chipping unless I poke where I trimmed.
If it's anything like the chrome on Kingy or Gunbluster, I bet it's a darn nice sparkley gold. Mmm...

what grade-up was used for EP, cause battle cougar has that pic of it with the big gun, or did EP never get a grade-up and just kept the port?

From the looks of htings, EP could probably only mount the GU-02 Pulse Cannon on its back. I tried with the GU-01 Dual Beam Cannon on my EP and found that the wings got in the way. I'd imagine the same would go for the GU-04 Wingwaver (Which it wouldn't need anyway) and the GU-05 Gyro Lifter. It can still mount the GU-03 Eye Flasher on its belly.
That being said, I'd love to have a GU-02 to put on this guy's back. Or for that matter, the grey variuant that Gungy has, complte with CPG...

The grade up unit #3 eye flasher doesn't seem to fit on mine x.x I tried turning the unit both ways on the belly as well as putting batteries in my horse for the first time to see if dropping the head would work- no go, the cord on the grade up is just too dang short to mount on the belly.
And my eye flasher doesn't flash/blink o-o it just stays on. Isn't it supposed to blink?
