Zoid Overview - Sinkers were the first Zenevas Zoids capable of flight and are are the only dual-purpose Zoids able to transfer straight from aquatic to aerial combat modes. Their ease of building and low production costs meant that they could be readily mass-produced and they quickly helped the Empire gain control of both the air and sea.
Kit Overview - Sinker is the first Imperial Zoid to be capable of movement on water but unlike Aquadon and Furolesios, who both employ animal-like methods of swimming, Sinker is powered by a a small propeller under the tail. This moves it along at a decent speed and makes it the fastest of the aquatic Zoids - unfortunately, the motor winds down quickly and it doesn't travel very far. A nice feature is the inclusion of a rudder - you can position it so that Sinker swims straight ahead or in circles.
In addition to the swimming movement, Sinker flaps its wings and has the typical undercarriage wheels which allow it to travel on land.

Zoid Overview - Iguans were developed as a counter for the successful Helic Godos units and as such they resemble Godos in shape yet exceed their capabilities in both speed, maneuverability, armour and weaponry. By utilising a booster system and adapting the Godos's leg structure, Iguans can not only kick - they can perform jumps and other physical attacks.
Kit Overview - Despite re-using many parts from Godos, Iguan still manages to look somewhat different to its Helic counterpart. Once wound up, it will walk off at a surprisingly fast and steady pace whilst moving its arms up and down in the same way as Godos and Garius. The booster unit on its back can also be manually raised and lowered.

Zoid Overview - Saicurtis were designed as support units for Zenevas ground troops but are also used for logistics and reconnaissance work.
Kit Overview - Saicurtis's walking movement is very unusual - 4 of its 6 legs are attached directly to the motor and the other two are fixed to the body and do not move. The Zoid does not walk on its feet - rather, it walks on little notches to the base of the first leg joint in a way similar to Spiker which results in an odd, sliding gait that is copied in its soon-to-be-released Republican counterpart, Double Sworder. Along with the walking movement, Saicurtis's wings flap up and down and its 'nose' can be raised and lowered manually.Saicurtis is the first Zoid to not have full cockpit glass; instead, it has a small translucent targeting reticule.

Zoid Overview - Helcats were originally commissioned for sneak attacks and ambushes and were therefore fitted with complex systems to avoid infra-red tracking devices and special leg mechanisms that meant they gave off no sound during movement. However, they proved so effective at their tasks that they were promoted to spy units for infiltrating enemy bases and encampments.
Kit Overview - Once wound up, Helcat will walk forwards...and that's it. No other movement, no other features, nothing. That said, the walking movement is relatively fast compared to others.

Zoid Overview - Hammerocks are scaled-down versions of their large Zenevas counterparts, the Iron Kongs. Their small size allows for intensive mass-production which is something that cannot be achieved with the expensive Iron Kong units.
Kit Overview - Once wound up, Hammerock will walk forwards in a strange and un-ape-like waddle. Its chest panel can also be manually opened.
Due to an error during production, the new release version of this Zoid has been coloured similarly to the European version instead of its Japanese version.

Zoid Overview - Faced with the Republic's army of Ultrasaurus and Gojulas MK-II units, the Empire threw everything it had into defense. The Twinhorns had been secretly commissioned to protect the Zenevas Emperor himself - after development they were sent straight to the city's front defensive lines.
Kit Overview - Once wound up, Twinhorn will walk forwards and bob its head up and down. Its ears and trunk can also be manually positioned.

Zoid Overview - Faced with the Republic's army of Ultrasaurus and Gojulas MK-II units, the Empire threw everything it had into defense. The Storches had been secretly commissioned to protect the Zenevas Emperor himself and after development they provided aerial defense for the Zenevas Capital City.
Kit Overview - Once wound up, Storch will walk forwards and flap its wings. The wing tips, tail and back air-brake can also be manually positioned.
Oddly, Storch has no cockpit glass (save for the front viosr) which means the area either side of the pilot is open.

-Takaide Power Beam Cannon
-Infrared Searchlight
-12-Shot Missile Launcher
-Tri-Torpedo Pod
Zoid Overview - Sea Panther's shells are incredibly thick which means that they can withstand immense water pressure and reach depths no other aquatic Zoids can survive in.
They provided amphibious support for the Zenevas Empire's ground troops during the D-Day landings on the Central Continent and utilise deadly Takaide Power; a single shot from their Takaide Power beam cannons can easily disable Zoids of a similar size.
Kit Overview - Once wound up, Sea Panther will roll forwards whilst the claws move in a crawling motion. The top panel can also be manually slid backwards to reveal the missile launcher.
Sadly, Sea Panther is the very last small-sized Zoid to enter the original line - from here on, Tomy will only be releasing Hi-1000s and battery-operated Zoids.
