Sure, if it's decent...I don't mind alternate universes like the UK comic.
I wish they'd re-release that...and continue it.

It'd likely be US drawn, in which case I'll pass, it has to be a REAL manga or else It's difficult for me to read. I want it in the right format, dammit, not easy to read like a National Geographic! Oh, and the NC/0 manga sux. 25 episodes condensed into 1 volume is not a good idea

National Geographic is easy to read? I certainly prefer the Japanese style, but if they're up to the challenge of putting out a cohesive story with good technical drawings, why not? I for one, have a hard time following battles scenes in manga. There's always so much clutter, and it's hard to tell exactly where things are, where they are coming from, and where they're heading to. If you read the Rurouni Kenshin manga, then you probably know what I mean. I'm not sure how it's like in a normal American comic, but if it's better, then I'm all for it. And the character designs! I'd appreciate it if every character didn't look like they just popped out of .hack (pronounced 'dot hack'). I mean, the face paint and all. There's also the advantage of being able to actually /read/ the comics... But don't let Hasbro near them. Darn faction switchers.

You know what I meant . Kenshin seems good too me, unlike the Toonami version, when you whack someone really hard with a Sakabato, the really bleed! I don't think this is the best part, but there needs to be some blood in a story like that. The face stuff doesn't bother me too much, since I love .Hack, especially the opening theme. And so appropriate. It's in an MMORPG, and the theme song is entitled "Obsession"...... But I ramble. And yes, those darn faction switchers. (I don't hate them, just to clarify)

I would buy it if they got a company like Marvel, or DC to make it. Even Archie, who has the most kick ass Sonic comic.

God, I would kill for a Zoids comic book series. Hasbro has already connections with Dreamwave, and the Transformers art is exactly what I would like to see in a Zoids comic. And I would like the story to be a little more mature than the cartoon. Make it about the war, not about the stupid contests. It seems Hasbro lets Dreamwave do whatever they want storywise for the Transformers, so that shouldn't be a problem with Zoids either.

(I don't hate them, just to clarify) Oh lord (no pun intended), another Obsession fan. That's not Yuki Kajiura's best song, not by far, though it is catchy, and all of her best works are pretty .hack related. I like the end theme for .hack//SIGN more than the opening one-- the first time I got the full song, I listened to it no less than two dozen times. I'm not kidding, I love that song. But back to the topic. I would love to see a Zoids comic where the plot isn't reduced to teenagers/kids fighting each other (like a lot of popular anime tends to be nowadays... Shaman King, Naruto, and so forth). I would like to see the battle stories put into graphic novel form, with some political intrigue and more emphasis on the factions and grittiness of war. Think Ghost In The Shell, stuff like that.

I like the political stuff too, I absorbed Gundam Wing. Naruto and Shaman King, simple as they may be, however, are also really good. Except that the US Shaman King anime sucks. They replaced "realm/land/whatever of the dead" with "Land of the no longer living". I kid you not. I just hope FoxBox doesn't get it's FCC regulated-to-a-fault hands on Naruto. Oh, and DH-Sign's end theme is good too, it's just too short on the CN version. Sorry for the OT-ness.

Soft & Squishy Pat Lee style or hardcore drawings of Don Figueroa? Are you referring to the artists for the Transformers comic books? Because I don't recognize them. Any artist will do, so long as s/he can create memorable and recognizable characters, and most importantly, draw a good Zoid. As technical as you can get. So, probably hardcore. Who are the artists above, anyway?
