Honestly we don't know who worked harder. I think we have the better Zoid but thats my opinion and you know what they say about opinions. We don't know how hard or how many people worked on their Zoid. I think that the people who did work on our project worked very very hard on it, considering like I said before, I can count how many people worked on 2 hands.

um, why didn't ya draw the pilot in anime form. i mean, zoids is anime, isn't it.
well, I drew the pilot that way because, frankly, I don't draw anime style. I could have tried to do it that way, but I thought that my regular style would be more impressive since that what I do.

umm on an off note from the argument, i like the zoid, and thought the cas was neat, in a way i was hoping to see anohter cas unit
Yeah, that would have been nice, but unfortunately there really wasn't time. I didn't even get the final Solaris CAS rendering done until the last day. And that alone took alot of discussing and planning. I think we came up with a lot of work, though, for the time we had. And besides, we still had two CAS units- the standard and the Solaris.
Without getting into a detailed comparison of multiple styles both east and west, the simplest comparison would be that the major difference between the "Manga" and "Western" is the face and maybe the hair, depending on more specific stylising. There are a few more specific "rules" here and there, but as they arn't consistanly followed (as there is a huge range of styles in both cultures) and as it often depends on the individual artist rather than any specific cultural differance, there really isn't a point in going into those "rules", especially within this thread.

i'm working in a 3d production team, my office mate saw this design and he's working a 3d version of it, he's asking for profiles and some other perspective view of this design (front, back, top, quarter view). if you could provide this, you'll receive a 3d version of your design...
